The fourth annual James Burton International Guitar Festival was held at the Municipal Auditorium in the guitar legend's birthplace of Shreveport, La., from Aug. 21 through Aug. 22. The festival raises funds for the James Burton Foundation, whose charitable work includes purchasing guitars for schools. Starring Sean Penn, Kate Winslet and Jude Law, the movie is based upon the life and times of legendary Louisiana politician Huey P. Long.
